Learning that Drama romance films often rely on character stereotypes to help audience to quickly understand relationships, the conflict and their emotional status. These steel types are often not negative instead they are shortcuts that allow viewers to emotionally connect with the characters in the film early on. Editors play an important role in the stereotypes because they can change the pacing the short selection and the emphasis on the reactions that they have emotionally. For example, it's shown in La La Land where the film uses great emphasis on the reactions to show tension and conflict.
